Looking to Sell Your Vinyl Records?
Sell with Ease - Your Records Matter
Have a collection gathering dust or cherished records waiting to be rediscovered? Far Land Records is here to help! Whether you're downsizing, decluttering, or simply ready to part with some of your music treasures, we make the selling process smooth and rewarding.
How It Works
Bring your collection to our shop or let us come to you for larger collections. We will provide instant insights and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
We evaluate the condition of both the vinyl and the sleeve using the universally accepted Goldmine Grading Guide to ensure quality.
The condition of each record will greatly influence its value.
Sadly, no matter how rare the item is, it will not be worth much if it doesn’t sound and look good.

Goldmine Grading Guide
Nothing is more important in determining the value of your records than their condition.
Mint (M): Perfect in every way and rarely seen.
Near Mint (NM): “It looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.” It’s nearly perfect. Many dealers won’t give a grade higher than NM.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Covers should have only minor wear.
Very Good (VG): Defects will be more pronounced. Surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise. Covers will have many signs of handling.
Good Plus (G+) and Good (G): Significant surface noise, scratches, crackling, or visible wear. The record still plays through without skipping. The cover or sleeve will have scratches or seam splits.
