  • We offer delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and Royal Mail Tracked 24 as expedited delivery.

    Typically up to 5 vinyl records (2kg) costs £4 to post Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    Shipping options are available at checkout.

    Smaller items such as Gift Vouchers, Tote Bags, T-Shirts will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class large letter if ordered separately to vinyl records.

  • We aim to dispatch items that are in stock within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email to let you know the items are on their way with a tracking number if applicable.

    Please see “What About Pre-Orders” for details of how they are dispatched.

  • Pre-orders are not in stock until released by the distributor. We will hold your order as pending until we receive the stock from the distributor. For reasons beyond our control, pre-order release dates can change. We will contact you to advise your options if this happens.

    Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If the item cannot be fulfilled we will process a full refund.

    Pre orders are posted separately and therefore incur separate postage charges. If you wish to combine your pre order with an item(s) in stock, we can hold those items for you to dIspatch all together in one parcel. Please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to refund the additional pre order postage charge.

  • We can arrange worldwide shipping if required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and obtain a shipping quote.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund for you.

    Sending pictures of any physical damage will help us assess your case quickly.

  • Yes, in most cases we can accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days from receipt of goods.

    The item must be in its original condition, i.e. still sealed if new vinyl and unworn / unused if merchandise.

    If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us for details of how to return your item.

    You must request a Cancellation Form for us to approve and process your return or exchange.

    We will also consider CDs, cassette tapes and books.
